Bio
Victoria Baron is a ceramicist from northeastern PA, who currently resides in Kutztown PA. She is a senior at Kutztown University, working towards a BFA in Studio Art, Ceramics, and a BA in Art History. At Kutztown University she has worked as a tech in the sculpture studio and is currently a monitor in the ceramics studio.
As an intern at Touchstone Center for Crafts, she enjoyed learning, teaching, and sharing her love of clay with others. Victoria is an officer in Kutztown's Clay Club, where she is involved with community outreach and education. Through clay club, she teaches wheel-throwing workshops, helps with project nights, and participates in other club activities.
Throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Victoria has done wheel-throwing demos at community events and has had her work exhibited in juried shows. Victoria has been a resident artist at Kutztown University and is currently an artist in residence at Goggleworks Center for Arts. This summer she looks forward to her internship at Studio 740 in Helena, MT.
